To support our growth at our location in Luxembourg in our Fund Services Team we are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager. Your Challenge - Manage actively the relationship to local and international fund manager as well as fund related clients - Develop and support new relationships with fund prospects - Support the onboarding of new Fund Clients by managing and coordinating the legal, technical and processual set-up of new Fund Mandates - Continuously ensure and update fund client/fund related files and maintain high KYC/AML standards - Support in the daily business and the operational tasks - Interface to other departments within the bank and VP Fund Solutions - Lead and participate in Fund related projects - Evaluation of reports for customers as well as for the management. Your Profile - You have significant working experience in the financial sector where you gained a good understanding of banking, financial markets, financial products and services. A paralegal background is an advantage. - You have good knowledge of responsibilities/procedures of Fund related interacting counterparties. - You prove a strong record in client acquisition and business development, particulary in an international environment. - You have a client-oriented mindset and live the "Client comes first mentality". - You are a real team player. Your ability to work efficiently in a team helps you to gain excellent interaction between various departments across companies. - You have excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and German.
