- The scope of the role is to be the main contact person for PWM clients and their bankers, responsible for meeting their needs in terms of fund structuring and servicing, as well as being a trusted advisor to them on all fund related matters. You will also be taking part in the development of our offering according to the evolution of the environment.

**Your role**:

- Act as main contact person for projects under your responsibility for all funds related topics.
- Coordinate the creation, structuring and implementation of funds project according to agreed setup in collaboration with the Funds Business Implementation team.
- Act as a central coordinator for clients/bankers during the life of a fund, handling the various events that could occur (extraordinary NAV, change of manager, credit line, etc.)
- Build up and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ specifics (people, objectives, challenges, current and future needs, pricing, AML, etc.)
- Maintain a network of local funds experts (legal, audit, etc) and stay up to date with regulatory and legal environment.
- Deal with ongoing reviews to be presented to the PWM Business Fund Committee.
- Create proximity with PWM front staff to develop and maintain awareness of the PFS offering and the related PWM Business Policy.
- Create proximity with PWM investment platform for PWM strategic funds as well as mandates they are managing within PWM private funds.
- Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through best-in class client/banker service.
- Contribute to the improvement of the products and services on offer by meeting bankers/clients and making constructive suggestions.
- Alongside the Head of PFS, act as a center of expertise for all funds related matters.
- Ensure data quality on each fund setup under your responsibility, good communication with all actors involved, and help construct/maintain a central database.
- As part of the Wealth Solution WS team, develop a basic understanding of the others WS expertise (Credit, Wealth Planning, Family Advisory, Philanthropy and Marketing)

**Your profile**:

- Technical skills
- Good understanding of funds administration.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and different asset classes.
- Strong interest in investment fund products.
- Basic knowledge of legal matters.
- Ability to understand Wealth Management suite of products and services
- Keen interest in the Wealth Management Industry
- Soft skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to adapt/prioritize and manage workflow.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated profile, with willingness and ability to learn
- Education
- Master’s degree in Economics or finance.
- Requested experience
- Min 5 years’ experience in the field of investment funds.
- Language skills
- French and English : fluent
- German would be a plus
