Job Description Summary On a permanent basis we are looking for one experienced colleague to support our Operations department - Corporate action and income team in the following tasks: **YOUR CHALLENGE**: - Processing of incoming dividend / coupon payments / redemptions / distributions - Processing of Traspaso transactions (Spanish mutual funds) - Processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions - Preparing and providing of corporate action related information received from our custodians for our relationship managers - Ensure the processing of customer instructions and queries in relation to all activities covered by "corporate actions and income" aiming to provide adequate and sustainable solutions keeping a strong client focus approach. - Contact person for our Front Office colleagues for all kind of requests regarding corporate actions and income. - Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our IT systems **YOUR PROFILE**: - Completed banking apprenticeship and strong relevant working experience in the banking sector - Experience in T24 will be considered as an advantage - Detail oriented and readiness of mind, client focus oriented - Have good analytical skills with an ability to identify problems and develop solutions - Highly organized with the ability to operate effectively to tight deadlines - Have the capacity to prioritize in a multi-task/multi deadline environment - Good English skills, German and other languages are beneficial
