The **loyal and international client base** of the firm has currently access to an extensive list of Legal Services, including Banking & Finance, Corporate Counsel & Administration, Fund & Tax, but also Dispute Resolution across sectors.

As Counsel specialised in Corporate Law, your main mission entails the development of the Corporate practice area locally. You will also engage in the mentoring and coaching of the lawyers under your supervision. The aim is to help the business grow organically while fostering the already-established client relations the firm possesses.

- You direct legal strategies for local and multinational companies as well as joint ventures and assist these on corporate matters and corporate governance proceedings.
- You foster long-lasting client relationships, as the contact person for clients' requests, you are a key advisor and work on varying legal documentation necessary for the advancement of their business.
- You handle meetings with your clients and potential clients to discuss their needs for support. Thus insuring the firm’s business development in your area of expertise.
- As a key member of the firm and its Corporate Law unit, you adopt a mentoring stance and are responsible for the technical improvement and the coaching of recruits.

- We are currently looking for a profile that has acquired **at least six years** **of** **experience** **in Luxembourg**, more specifically in a law firm, which will guarantee a complete level of autonomy in your responsibility.
- You should be able to speak and write **English **fluently, allowing you to maintain a good communication internally.
- You of course obtained a Master degree in Law as well as the CCDL, ideally complemented by other additional certifications.
- You are keen to develop good relationships with your colleagues thanks to your ability to integrate yourself in the existing team and motivate talents with your dynamism and motivation.
