Degree qualified in a Science or Logistics based discipline or MBA graduate
- Professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing
- Working knowledge of Lean techniques such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
- Operational experience in with AFT in Inbound or Outbound or ICQA
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel & Intermediate BI skills
- Experience working with external stakeholders
- Fluent command of English, excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Approx. 20% travel
- Role must be based in Luxembourg

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Central Operations Services (COS) team, and play a pivotal role in the evolution of our EU External Fulfilment (EF) network.
With approximately 35 sites operating flexible solutions, EF provides network capacity solve, special fulfilment, and market expansion solutions across EU. As EF undergoes a technological shift to Amazon Fulfilment Technology eXternalized (AFTX), we need to develop enhanced expertise in Inbound, ICQA and Outbound process paths to help scale an optimized operational execution support model for EU and out of EU geographies. Our challenge is to build an customer focused ecosystem of services for the 3PLs using our technology.

That's where the EU 3PL Control Tower (CT) comes in As the COS Centralized function, the primary goal of the Control Tower is to improve execution efficiency of daily & weekly operational activities. It aims at providing operational expertise end-to-end support to 3PL buildings across the External Fulfilment chain through standardized and optimized processes with simplified, frustration-free communication. Control Tower puts innovation and excellence at the heart of the COS function, constantly seeking better ways to serve Ops teams & 3PL partners.

As Head of the EF Control Tower, you will have a high impact EU/NA role responsible for overseeing the operational execution for the EF network. You will focus on:
1. Leading the Control Tower Mgrs based across EU with their teams, responsible for delivering a high quality, standardized service to all 3PL buildings in EU and out of EU, including the onboarding of any new buildings, so that they adhere to best practice from day 1, in Inbound/ICQA/Outbound.

3. Developing the performance management of the team, focused on establishing metrics that drives the progress on standardized routines to measure high/low performers, identification of root causes for success/failure, and quick deployment of best practices, while eliminating undesired practices/behaviors.

4. Managing, coaching/developing, and continuously evaluating a highly diversified, inclusive, and engaged Control Tower team, with focus on multi-cultural and multi-language coverage to maximize the opportunities of accelerated trust earning with sites operated by various 3PLs, as well as internal 3PL Ops.

5. Benchmarking the performance management of 3PL network with the CF organization, identifying the improvements in strategic metrics & driving desired behaviors to contribute to EF success.

6. Developing knowledge & processes to manage a brand-new scopes o 3PL usage such as AWD operational support and others Tier2 network solutions.

7. Fostering a strong culture of Innovation & Continuous Improvement within the team, constantly seeking opportunities to do better & smarter, leading the way to a state-of-the-art operating model.
