Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies.
As a result of the continuous increase of our activities, we are currently looking for a:
**Senior Legal in-house Counsel (M/F)**:
**Your role**:
- Drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements and any other legal documents
- Negotiating various types of agreements with third parties
- Contributing to long-terms projects in terms of contractual review but also coordination
- Providing legal advice to senior management and other internal departments
- Preparing the corporate documentation of the company
- Ensuring the corporate governance principles applicable to a PFS are followed
- Monitoring and reviewing new laws, regulations and market practices which may impact the business
- Assisting with debt recovery files
- Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, notaries, local authorities, etc
- Taking part on various projects
- Working on specific client files when necessary
**Your profile**:
- You have a University degree and a master in law (or equivalent)
- You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You are fluent in French and English
- GDPR knowledge would be an asset
- You can work under limited supervision
- You are well organised, have very good communication skills and you are a good team player
- You are also proactive and eager to learn
