Senior Tax Compliance Coordinator

**Job Description**:
We have a great in-house role for a tax compliance professional, to join an international finance team to coordinate the tax compliance process for a range of international real estate entities.
This is an exciting role for someone with in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg taxation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple parties.
In this role you will:
- Support tax compliance for the RE portfolio
- Work with the internal finance and accounting teams, and liaise with international tax advisors to coordinate the completion of tax returns
- Provide support to the tax audit process in other countries, liaising with the internal tax teams and external advisors
- Maintain the tax records and ensure all filing deadlines are met including DAC6/MDR reporting, tax residency certificates, double taxation, international transaction tax filings, etc. WHT
- Respond to questions on tax compliance from the various country teams
- Ensure strong communication with tax colleagues about tax developments and ensure good tax awareness in non-tax teams
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have at least 5 years’ tax experience in Luxembourg (probably in Big-4 or in-house)
- Have strong knowledge of tax compliance matters
- Hold a relevant tax degree / Masters
- Be improvement focused, in terms of knowledge and processes
- Be highly capable of juggling multiple priorities and working relationships
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
