**Senior Finance Consultant, Luxembourg**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Accounting and Finance Controlling team during the Finance implementation project.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closure processes.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the Head of Finance in finance management requirements and budget monitoring.
- Provide expertise in accounting principles under LUXGAAP and IFRS.
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Utilize strong Excel and Power BI skills, along with other Microsoft tools, to analyze financial data.
- Leverage SAP knowledge and familiarity with core banking systems to enhance financial operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in accounting principles under LUXGAAP and IFRS.
- Strong understanding of monthly closure processes.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge of SAP and core banking systems is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
