**SM/Audit Manager - Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clientsmainly focused on alternative funds, and financial clients.
- Lead and inspire audit teams, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
- Utilize your expertise to develop audit plans, assess risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and exceed expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing cutting-edge approaches.
- Contribute to the evolution of our audit methodologies, tools, and techniques, driving efficiency and quality enhancement.
- Play an integral role in business development activities, nurturing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

**SM/Audit Manager - Your profile**:

- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of **6 years of progressive experience in external auditing**, encompassing commercial/industrial, real estate, alternative funds, and financial clients.
- Experience working as a manager or in a leadership role within the audit field or with these diverse clients.
- Deep understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and the MS Office suite.
- You are fluent in French and English or **German** and **English**.
