**Description**
- Produce periodic and ad hoc reporting for senior management and external stakeholders ;
- Ensure adherence to standard procedures and processes within the financial operations department ;
- Perform tax compliance controls to ensure regulatory compliance ;
- Maintain internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information ;
- Manage mailing processes to relevant counterparties for efficient communication ;
- Handle account maintenance tasks to support financial operations ;
- Resolve queries assigned from various internal departments in a timely and accurate manner ;
- Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Transfer Agent Principles, Prospectus guidelines, and internal policies ;
- Execute projects to minimize risk, increase efficiencies, and improve quality within the financial operations function ;
- Ensure optimal client service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
