**Marketing Manager - Tour-Opérateur ULT
**Communication de produits et marques, organisation d’actions marketing, marketing en ligne**

**pour les segments ULT Busreesen / ULT Cruises/ ULT Tours**

**Vos tâches**:

- Création et maintenance de contenus pour nos médias en ligne (page d’accueil, newsletter, réseaux sociaux)
- Développement continu du site et création de nouvelles pages « landing »
- Développement de stratégies et de tactiques pour informer sur ULT, améliorer la réputation de l’entreprise et générer du trafic qualifié
- Organisation et mise en œuvre de campagnes marketing réussies, de l’idée à la réalisation
- Négociation des conditions et élaboration des calculs correspondants
- Travailler avec différents canaux d’acquisition payants : Content Creation, campagnes Pay per Click (YouTube), gestion d’événements, publicité, campagnes de génération de leads sur les médias sociaux, analyses de performance pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise
- Établir une relation stratégique et une coopération avec les principaux acteurs du secteur
- Établir et surveiller le budget marketing et utiliser judicieusement les moyens
- Surveiller le matériel marketing des bannières de site Web aux brochures, etc.
- Diffuser du contenu sur différents canaux pour assurer une présence Web forte
- Communication avec la direction sur les initiatives et projets marketing et élaboration de nouvelles stratégies
- Collaboration étroite avec la direction, la gestion des ventes et des produits ainsi qu’avec les partenaires des agences de voyages

**Exigences**:

- Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le marketing, idéalement dans le domaine du tourisme
- Attitude de base axée sur le service, plaisir de communiquer avec des partenaires exigeants
- Compétences de négociation sûres ainsi que capacités de contact et de coopération
- Compétences en gestion de projet, souci pour les détails
- Expérience dans l’identification des groupes cibles ainsi que dans le développement créatif et la mise en œuvre de campagnes de marketing cross-canal
- Connaissances actuelles sur le sujet marketing en ligne
- Expérience dans la construction et l’optimisation des campagnes Google
- Compréhension des chiffres, compréhension des indicateurs
- Sens de l’esthétique, passion pour les textes attrayants et la communication créative
- Bonnes connaissances des langues luxembourgeoise, allemande, française et anglaise
- Bachelor ou master ou formation approfondie en marketing
