**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Learning & Training Specialist to be involved in the organising and deployment of various trainings to our employees. If you have experience in providing trainings and have good communication and presentation skills, we would like to meet you
The responsibilities include:
- Assess **training and development needs** through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and **communication with managers**, instructors, and customer representatives
- ** Design, organize and deliver **various forms of trainings and create training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- ** Develop unique training programs** to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
- Support LOD management in **coaching managers **to develop their team members through career pathing
- ** Analyse training materials **prepared by instructors
- Evaluate **program effectiveness** through assessments, surveys, and feedback
**Qualifications**:
We are looking for someone who has:
- ** 3-5 years’ experience** within a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in **organizing and providing trainings** to employees
- Competent in **delivering soft skills** training
- Passionate about L&D, people development
