COGNIWAVE DYNAMICS offers training on the fundamentals of AI, explaining the key steps in building a system based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), leveraging the power of LLMs (Large Language Models) to generate contextualized responses from internal sources.

As part of a successful tender in an international organisation for an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) training program, we are looking for several freelance AI trainers to deliver bilingual sessions for professionals who already have a foundation in AI.

**Responsibilities**:
Design and deliver advanced AI training courses (with focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and other approved professional AI tools)
Prepare and adapt training materials in both English and French
Conduct training on-site (Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, Strasbourg) and/or remotely, always in pairs (2 trainers per session minimum)
Train groups of ~10 participants in two half-day sessions, scheduled with a gap to allow practice
Assess participants, provide certificates of completion, and gather structured feedback
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program (feedback, updates, refinements)
Proven expertise in applied AI (real-world use cases, generative AI, automation, enterprise adoption)
Strong background in professional training or higher education teaching
C2 level in French or English (depending on training language) - native or near-native proficiency highly valued
Team-oriented, with the ability to ensure consistency across training sessions
Availability on 2025-2026 for approx. 5 sessions (2 half-days each), with potential follow-up missions
Additional assets
Previous experience with international or public organisations
Knowledge of ethical and regulatory aspects of AI
Ability to design e-Learning modules (optional)
