To strengthen our Luxembourg-based Nordic Desk, we are seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of daily banking activities, with the objective of delivering a world-class client experience by ensuring front-to-back operational excellence. - Your role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational requests from bankers and clients.
- Process payments and transfers, ensuring that call-backs and controls are systematically performed in line with internal procedures.
- Provide support for other transactional activities where needed (cash, FX, securities, corporate actions, etc.).
- Ensure efficient and professional telephone coverage for the desk.
- Place client orders on the market or perform 4-eyes checks on orders placed by others, in strict compliance with internal rules.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up and maintenance of client documentation.
- Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into account local and cross-border regulatory specificities.
- Collect and update KYC information and upload/maintain all complementary documents in the relevant systems.
- Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, e-banking access, etc.).
- Adhere to all existing policies, directives, and procedures, and support the implementation of new ones where required.
- Build close, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, Operations, etc.).
- Provide assistance with various administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure close follow-up and timely completion of all tasks, escalating issues where appropriate. -

Your profile
: Requested

experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar function within a private bank or wealth management environment.
- Good understanding of banking regulation, tax aspects, AML and KYC; prior exposure to these topics is a distinct asset.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and current international affairs. Soft
