**Your team**:

**Operations** provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

**You will join our Corporate Actions team**.

**Earliest start date: 1st November**
**Duration: 12 months**
**Employment rate: Full-time or Part-time**(80% - 1 school day per week)
**Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school**

**Your role**:

- Ensure the day-to-day management of revenues
- Analyse and process mandatory Securities Transactions (stock splits or consolidations, free share allocations, mergers, demergers, etc.)
- Invoice revenues + OST on OTC products such as Contract for Difference, Loan
- Monitor and analysethe impact of our operations for investment fund clients
- Keeping managers, financial analysts and custodians informed
- Manage Suspense -Reconciliation
- Analyse and resolve issues raised
- Participate in test campaigns for new developments

**Your profile**:

- Pursuing a degree in the financial sector (bachelor's or master's)
- Good knowledge of financial products
- Mastery of common office tools
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Telekurs and Bloomberg financial flows: an asset
