Notre client, un cabinet d'avocats de premier plan, recherche un Risk & Compliance Support Officer pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial au sein du département Risk and Compliance en expédiant des dossiers, en contrôlant les personnes physiques et morales et en apportant un soutien à l'équipe. Titulaire d'un diplôme en assistance managériale et parlant couramment l'anglais et le français (l'allemand est un plus), vous excellerez dans cet environnement en constante évolution. Votre excellente maîtrise de MS Office, votre discrétion dans le traitement d'informations confidentielles et vos solides compétences interpersonnelles font de vous le membre de l'équipe idéal pour ce poste.
**Description**

Au sein de l'équipe Risques et Conformité, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- Envoyer des dossiers aux analystes de la conformité : Il s'agit d'effectuer une pré-analyse et d'enregistrer les informations dans les systèmes ;
- Le screening des personnes physiques et morales à l'aide d'outils tels que World Check et Dow Jones ;
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe Risque et Conformité dans leur travail quotidien ;
- Dispenser des formations sur le flux de travail des dossiers aux assistants administratifs ;
- Assister l'équipe dans diverses tâches administratives, telles que l'organisation de réunions, l'enregistrement de documents, la commande de mobilier, etc.

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'assistance à la gestion délivré par un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ;
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais et le français. La maîtrise de l'allemand serait très appréciée ;
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de MS Office ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement en constante évolution et de traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion ;
- Vous possédez des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
