**Finance & Risk officer (M/F/d)**

**Your role**

As Finance & Risk Officer your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- **Finance**:

- Collaboration with the team to ensure that accounting processes and procedures are followed and completed to support and reinforce key business objectives;
- Posting journal entries, reconciles accounts and checks for accuracy.
- Reconcile and checking the technical entries: claims, premiums, commissions, reinsurance;
- Prepare the suppliers cash transfer
- Support month-end and year-end close processes,
- Assist during external statutory audits,
- Prepare account reconciliations.
- Prepare the vat declarations
- Assist and support department´s initiatives;
- **Risk**:

- Provide senior risk management with information required to enable a 360-degree view of risk of the business or functional area in scope;
- Provide support in all risk management activities for a business area, business unit or function and represent the risk function in case of absence;
- Provide support for Risk Governance and Risk Reporting processes;
- Provide support for Zurich Risk Policy Adherence and monitoring process.
- Provide support for and conducting operational risk management activities;
- Support senior risk management in partnering with business/functional management;

**Your skills and experience**
- You have a university degree in Accounting and/or Finance;
- You have worked in Big 4 or similar environment for more than two years;
- Rigor and curiosity are keys to success for this role;
- You dispose of knowledge of finance, accounting;
- You should possess initiative, good communication skills, be an analytical thinker, and a team player;
