Our client is a well-established investments firm, serving as an independent asset manager that currently oversees several billion dollars for individuals, families, and institutions globally.

To enhance their team in Luxembourg, we are actively seeking three Client Advisor profiles

The first profile requires fluent Dutch proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

The second profile requires fluent Danish proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

The third profile requires fluent Swedish proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

The Client Advisor group assesses client and prospect goals, risk profiles, current investment strategies, and structures to determine appropriate asset allocation and benchmark recommendations. The group provides regulated financial planning advice on pension switches/transfers, bond surrenders, investment taxation, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Lifetime Allowance Planning.

As a Client Advisor, you will collaborate with team members, analysts, tied agents, and investment counselors to provide regulated and suitable advice to prospective and existing clients of the Investments Firm Luxembourg. You will develop the ability to use data and insights to inform your recommendations, reporting to your Team Leader for professional development and job training.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Prepare and format written proposals by collecting client information, utilizing data from third-party vendors, conducting analyzes based on existing assets, and running portfolio simulations.

Complete tax wrapper analyzes for bond surrenders, gather necessary information from pension and investment bond providers, and prepare transfer/surrender paperwork.

Collaborate with other internal groups to ensure a smooth transition of cases.

Contribute to ad hoc group projects aimed at increasing efficiency.

Utilize MS Access, Word, Excel (perform complex functions), and Adobe to customize proposals and produce detailed reports.

**Your Qualifications**:
A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fluent language proficiency in Danish (Written and Verbal), Dutch (Written and Verbal), or Swedish (Written and Verbal).

Experience with financial planning and investment principles or industry exams is preferable.

Ability to produce quality work within a specified timeline.

Eagerness to work in an energetic, collaborative environment to support high-volume output.
