**Job Description**:
The **Head of Data Science **will manage teams related to data intelligence. These teams will use data science, machine learning, experimentation, and predictive modelling to understand customer dynamics, drive platform optimization, support evidence-based decision making, and help to develop predictive, intelligent features.
- Develop big-data (data warehouse), ML/AI and recommendation engine teams
- Be accountable for the delivery of data assignments, understand key objectives of the company
- Maintain data intelligence vision and strategy to excel business
- Solve business problems, provide insights by analyzing large amounts of data
- Build decision-making models and propose solution for business problems
- Design simulations, experiments, support A/B testing activity to validate assumptions, and extract lessons learned
- Evolve in-house built recommendation engine
- Maintain and develop reporting services, dashboards and business metric monitoring

**Qualifications**:

- MSc or BSc in Business/Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Min. 10 years hands-on experience in data science or relevant field
- Familiar with online and/or mobile products, and relevant technologies
- Experience with building data warehouse teams and/or big-data systems
- Experience in management role
