**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Centreon Expert, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**

**Mission**
- Design and migrate monitoring solutions using Centreon for complex IT environments.
- Define and configure monitoring templates, thresholds, and notification rules tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Integrate Centreon with external tools (e.g., ITSM platforms) for ticket creation.
- Continue and complete the implementation of the MBI module for Centreon.
- Evaluate and optimize the existing monitoring solution.
- Refine and enhance the monitoring setup with dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Automate monitoring configurations and deployments through scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Integrate Centreon with APIs or external modules for seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate closely with IT operations and the network team to align monitoring strategies.
- Communicate with internal teams about the planned actions and updates related to Centreon.

**Your profile**
- Demonstrated experience with Centreon (installation, configuration, and administration).
- Strong knowledge of monitoring protocols (SNMP, ICMP, NRPE, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring-related tools and technologies (Nagios plugins, Graphite, etc.).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.) is a plus.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- Minimum 6 years of demonstrated experience
- Proven expertise with Centreon
