Business Management Associate

As Asset Management Associate, within the Risk Management Team, your main responsibility will be to contribute to AM EMEA Risk regulatory initiatives with direct interaction and support to the AM EMEA Chief Risk Officer and the broader AM EMEA Risk team. The work consists of ongoing, BAU regulatory processes as well as ad-hoc regulatory projects that are strategic in nature. Based in Senningerberg, Luxembourg, you will report to the AM Risk Business Manager and be part of the overall AWM Risk Business Management team.

**Job responsibilities**
- Coordinate and/ or prepare materials for monthly Management Committee meetings, as well, quarterly Board meetings
- Own the overall governance process and annual review of the legal entity specific Risk Management policies and processes
- Assist with completing the yearly report for the Risk Management function for the JPM Asset Management Europe legal entity
- Drive execution of periodic regulatory submissions, such as the yearly liquidity analysis for the and other reporting requirements for regulators
- Lead coordination and review of Inter-affiliate Service Agreements, and documented initial and periodic due diligence alongside ongoing monitoring processes
- Maintain schedules of critical regulatory activities and deadlines for the AM EMEA Risk team
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested by senior management

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience creating management and regulatory reports and presenting to Senior Management
- Focus on organizational skills with a project management background
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Flexibility with changing priorities while being proactive and detail oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

**Preferred** **Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
- Background in AWM, specifically in asset management, is a plus
