**Responsibilties**
- Responsible for timely and accurate accounting activities of Austria, Belgium and Germany:

- Daily accounting including (but not limited to: Payroll bookings / Accrual bookings / Fixed assets depreciation / Commission calculation / T&E booking / Intercompany reconciliations)
- Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations RCM
- VAT declarations
- TAX accrual / declarations
- Financials Statement preparation
- Auditor’s request follow-up if applicable
- Responsible for timely and accurate booking for the payroll of Husky (Luxemborg/Austria/Belgium/Germany)- Periodical entry including but not limited to: non-periodical entry / second run / bonus /13th month / sales incentives / payroll accrual
- P&L Accounts and Cost classification first line of review
- Business partner with HR department and FP&A department
- Ad hoc payroll analysis for reporting purposes
- Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliation RCM Auditor’s request follow-up if applicable
- Responsible for the Financials of the EMEA & Asia entities
- Ensure on time issuance and compliance of the Financials & the Tax returns
- Coordinate with local accountants or tax advisors & support tax audits in these regions
- Answer daily questions & follow-ups
- Be a valued Team member in the European HQ of Husky Group

**Qualifications**
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in accounting or Business Administration with major in finance/accounting
- First accounting experience (internship included) or Finance is mandatory (experience in external/internal audit is an advantage)
- IT knowledge: advanced MS Excel Skills and in ERP systems and Consolidation Tools (Microsoft AX/One Stream)
- Good level of German and English is a must, any other European language is an asset
- Excellent oral or written communication
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Time management and organizational skills
- Good attention to details
- Flexibility
