**Key responsibilities**:
- Support the compliance function
- Review policy documents
- Remain up to date with all regulatory developments and assess the implications for the business
- Review legal documentation
- Take over some of the tasks within the Compliance monitoring plan
- Prepare the required compliance reporting requirements and support with compliance breaches.

Education/Qualifications _**
- Law, Accounting, Finance or Business
**_Experience_**
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel required. Ability to build macros on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets would be advantageous.
- 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in an asset management or equivalent environment would be advantageous.
**_Competencies_**
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Languages required - Fluent English.
- Keen interest in a career in Compliance, regulations and Investment Management activities,
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent timekeeping/organisational skills to meet deadlines,
- Not afraid to ask questions.
- The drive to effect change and develop relationships with relevant key contacts in the organisation
