Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated experience in construction project management, real estate development, architecture/design with a sustainability focus. - Program or project management experience. - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, and building processes. - Ability to deliver in ambiguity, work autonomously and multitask in an agile environment. - Ability to collaborate across teams and drive agreement and alignment on complex topics. - Experience delivering results in large, cross-functional initiatives. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.)
- LEED Accredited Professional, PE, CEM, LFA, or other building professional accreditation - Experience reading and interpreting building engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated Green building experience and demonstrated industry-leading sustainability design and construction.
- Experience with European building regulations.
- French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
