**Part-Time AML/KYC Officer : The Function**
- You will carry out AML/KYC verifications by analyzing documentation and data, contributing to risk assessments, and supporting the screening and ongoing monitoring of business relationships.
- You will manage external AML/KYC requests, ensure the delivery of required documentation, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- You will help oversee beneficial ownership and update relevant information in the RBE register to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- You will aid in the implementation and enhancement of the Compliance framework (2nd Line of Defense) within the AIFM, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- You will contribute to the maintenance and review of compliance and AML policies, ensuring they are consistently updated to reflect the latest regulatory changes.
- You will monitor regulatory developments, assist in their integration into processes, compile pertinent information, and facilitate effective communication within the team.

**Part-Time AML/KYC Officer** : Your Profile**
- You are fluent in **German** and **English**:

- You hold a **Bachelor's degree** or a **Master's degree** in **business administration** or in a similar field
- You have **at least 3 years** of professional experience in a similar position **in Luxembourg**:

- You are familiar with the basic principles of **KYC processes** and have practical experience in **AML/KYC risk assessments**, compliance, and due diligence procedures.
