**About this vacancy**:
You will be responsible for:
- Integrating a digital signature process ;
- Implementing secure collaboration features, enabling file sharing with external partners while adhering to strict security protocols ;
- Integrating Microsoft tools such as MS Lists, MS Forms, and MS Power Apps, and automate workflows and reminders ;
- Developing a SharePoint platform to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration while maintaining appropriate access controls ;
- Implementing document validation processes for legal and official documents, including notifications and automated reminders ;
- Redesigning the internal Confluence webpage using SharePoint capabilities.
Project duration: Minimum of 1 year.
**What we expect from you**:
- Bachelor in IT or equivalent ;
- English is mandatory written and spoken, French or German is a plus ;
- At least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Specialist and 5 years of experience minimum overall ;
- Experience in using Jira.
