- Umsetzung und Vorleben unserer Unternehmenswerte: Befähigung, Achtsamkeit, Fokussierung, Erfolgshunger, Teamwork
- Kontrolle der betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
- Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Kosten, Strukturen und Prozessen
- Ansprechpartner für alle operativen Belange
- Sicherstellung, dass alle operativen Standards und Rezepturvorgaben im Sinne der Unternehmensvorgaben L'Osteria umgesetzt werden (Operationshandbuch, HACCP- Handbuch, Rezepturhandbuch, Personalhandbuch)
- Projekte und Informationsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Verantwortungsbereich für unsere Restaurants der L’Osteria der MCH3 Betriebsgesellschaft mbH (größter Franchisepartner in Deutschland & Luxemburg) in Luxemburg
- Reporting aller Erkenntnisse an die Geschäftsleitung
- Mettre en œuvre et incarner les valeurs de notre entreprise : responsabilisation, attention, focalisation, soif de réussite, travail d'équipe.
- Contrôle des évaluations économiques
- Développement de mesures d'optimisation des coûts, des structures et des processus
Interlocuteur pour toutes les questions opérationnelles
- Veiller à ce que toutes les normes opérationnelles et les prescriptions de recettes soient appliquées dans l'esprit des directives de l'entreprise L'Osteria (manuel des opérations, manuel HACCP, manuel des recettes, manuel du personnel).
- Gestion de projets et d'informations en collaboration avec les départements spécialisés.
- Domaine de responsabilité pour nos restaurants L'Osteria de MCH3 Betriebsgesellschaft mbH (le plus grand partenaire franchisé d'Allemagne et au Luxembourg) dans la région de la Luxembourg.
- Reporting de toutes les conclusions à la direction
- Implementing and exemplifying our corporate values: empowerment, mindfulness, focus, hunger for success, teamwork
- Monitoring the business analyses
- Developing measures to optimise costs, structures and processes
- Contact person for all operational matters
- Ensuring that all operational standards and recipe specifications are implemented in line with L'Osteria's corporate guidelines (operations manual, HACCP manual, recipe manual, personnel manual)
- Projects and information management in co-operation with the specialist departments
Area of responsibility for our L'Osteria restaurants of MCH3 Betriebsgesellschaft mbH (largest franchise partner in Germany & Luxembourg) in Luxembourg
- Reporting of all findings to the management

Deine Qualifikationen | Tes compétences | Your qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations mit Schwerpunkt in der Systemgastronomie oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Tiefgehende Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung, idealerweise in der Führung eines dezentralen Teams
- Sehr guter Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
