At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **LMS Integration Specialist**to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be doing in this role?**

- Analyze the organization's existing learning processes and needs, collaborating with specialist departments to define requirements for the new LMS.
- Support the introduction of the LMS, from system selection through implementation to successful integration with existing systems.
- Assist in designing and optimizing learning processes to ensure high acceptance and effective use of the system.
- Organize training sessions for administrators and end users, providing guidance on technical and organisational matters.
- Continuously evaluate the success of the LMS implementation and prepare regular reports on system usage and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in social sciences, human resources management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a relevant role.
- Solid experience in implementing learning management systems (LMS) and/or other software solutions, ideally in HR or e-learning.
- In-depth knowledge of project management, particularly in the planning, implementation, and control of IT projects.
- Proven expertise in delivering training sessions and workshops (7-9 years of experience).
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing learning workflows (7-9 years of experience).
- Expert knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM packages, xAPI, LTI) (7-9 years of experience).
- Expert in LMS implementation (7-9 years of experience).
- Expert in monitoring and reporting on learning programs (7-9 years of experience).
- Strong project management skills, including monitoring and reporting.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead project teams.
- Fluency in English (full professional proficiency) and French or Dutch (full professional proficiency), both written and spoken, is mandatory.
