**Junior Policy Manager (M/F/d) **at FWU Life Insurance Lux S.A. - **CDD 24 months**
**You **
- have a 2 years' university degree;
- and 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in the Life Insurance industry;
- have an in-depth knowledge of the French and/or Belgian Life Insurance industry;
- are fluent in French on a mother-tongue level, and have a very good command of English
- have very good communication skills;
- have a good capacity for analysis, synthesis and writing;
- have excellent MS Office skills
- are well-structured and organized
- are highly self-driven, have a hands-on mentality, and promote proactive and positive behaviour
- are well-structured and flexible to adapt, solution-oriented, and are highly committed;
- are a reliable and caring team-player who shows integrity and empathy;
- work well under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Generation of policies - Contractual amendments
- Control and release of payment flow, internal and external
- Data implementation
- Fair client treatment under all aspects
- Positive client relationship management through active listening, empathy and understanding
- Contract rescue measures (finding and presentation of solutions)
- Contact person for distribution partners (general requests)
- Support and service for distribution partners (individual cases; analyzing and solving problems)
