The Helpdesk operator will act as the first point of contact for all requests and support issues related to IT, Security and Corporate service and will report to the responsible Head of Unit.
- Act as a first point of contact for all technical support issues;
- Ensure the installation, conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems, provide technical assistance and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications;
- Logistical support and management of office supplies (ordering, distributing, stock-keeping);
- Help with the management of inventoried goods (furniture maintenance, removals);
- Help with the management of office space;
- Onboarding of users upon arrival.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s level or equivalent in professional experience.
- Professional experience in an IT, Facilities or Security support team;
- Experience in providing support to users;
- Ability to support Security and Facilities services by performing the tasks described above;
- Ability to identify user's needs;
- Ability to monitor resources;
- Ability to work in a proactive and autonomous way;
- Capacity to act upon problems;
- Client orientation.
- English - excellent communication skills, orally and in writing.
