**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:
**Your area of work**:
Treasury is responsible for cash and liquidity management, funding and money markets and capital markets transactions of Deutsche Börse Group as well as for the management of market price risks, with a specific focus on the financial market infrastructures Eurex Clearing and Clearstream. Treasury Luxembourg is mainly responsible for the Clearstream entities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Deputy of the Head of Treasury
- Manage the Trading unit in Treasury Front Office based in Luxembourg (four direct reports)
- Organize 1-2-1, coordination meetings and appraisals
- Execute Treasury mission as per Investment and Liquidity Management Policy
- Assess and implement new regulatory requirements
- Coordinate Treasury related projects and ensure targets are achieved in due time
- Take responsibility for investment, funding and foreign exchange management activities, including the maintenance and improvement of policies, procedures
- Represent Treasury - maintain and create relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Work actively on teams’ and team members’ personal development, making an effective contribution to increase the team’s diversity
- Improve, maintain, and implement Treasury infrastructure, automate Treasury operations

**Your profile**:

- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in bank, financial institution or corporate Treasury or comparable experience in consulting of respective function
- Very good understanding of Treasury activities
- University degree with an emphasis in finance
- Well-developed leadership skills, experience in managing international teams
- Solid experience with reporting to senior management
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong expertise in financial markets, financial products, as well as the regulatory landscape (CSDR)
- Strong analytical skills, result orientation, commitment, a high degree of organizational self-reliance, motivation, and accuracy
- Knowledge of Treasury Management systems and SAP Finance
- Strong IT skills - programming skills are an advantage
- Competent handling of MS Office
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German or French would be an advantage
