**Your missions**

As Legal Counsel, you will:

- Offer legal counsel to the company regarding the creation of solutions and business collaborations with clients and partners, with a specific focus on the French market.
- Prepare and negotiate partnership agreements, insurance policies, and any other pertinent legal documentation.
- Foster strong and constructive relationships with our network of sales consultants, providing them with expert guidance and support on all legal aspects related to the company's client cases.
- Stay vigilant for any changes in laws and regulations that may impact our business, engaging in legal research and closely monitoring legal developments to ensure the company remains well-prepared to adapt to any alterations. - Advise the management and staff on all legal matters, including providing training when necessary.
- Oversee complaints and litigation, collaborating with external legal counsels to safeguard the company's interests.
- Actively participate in corporate projects and contribute to product development efforts.
- Regularly report to the head office management, keeping them informed of legal matters in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with all legal requirements set forth by the Group and local authorities, especially with regard to risk assessment and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

**Your ideal profile**
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 5 experience in life insurance;
- Contract drafting skills and experience in the fields of contractual risks and management of complaints/litigation are a plus;
- Attention to detail and flexibility;
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions;
- Fluency in English and French; knowledge of any other language is an asset;
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
