Our client is a private bank based in Luxembourg
**Your responsibilities**
You will work in a dynamic environment to support Change-The-Bank initiatives fand as part of a Competence Center, will work for Change-The-Bank initiatives across Group subsidiaries. You will be part of a growing team, responsible for delivering new products, services and technologies related to Payments and for the clients of Eurobank Group. Traveling might be also required, if it is deemed necessary.
- Understand existing capabilities and functionalities of implemented products of the Bank.
- Document Business and/or Functional requirements, Design Specifications and contribute in the planning and prioritization of them
- Monitor, control and report the progress of assignments under its capacity according to the project management methodology used and the defined KPIs
- Define use cases, stories, epics and backlog.
- Document, present and agree on product vision and product road-map (features, functionality) with all stakeholders
- Work closely with Business Units and Project Team on coordination activities, budget, vendor Management and Dependencies management
- Contribute in the engagement of stakeholders to understand requirements and align development with the organizational goals.
- Identify test cases and execute User Acceptance Testing
- Oversee the entire service lifecycle from ideation to continuous optimization
- Follow market trends in technologies related to Payments in order to ensure the roadmap is always up-to-date
- Adhere to the project management methodologies used within the organization and keep up to date with the best practices e.g. Agile, Scrum, waterfall
**Your Skills**
- Proficient on End-To-End Payments Business workflow for a Financial Institution
- Knowledge and Expertise on SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET Instant Payment, UK BACS
- Excellent understanding on Types of Payments e.g. incoming/ outgoing, internal etc
- Ability to design Payments processes and workflows
- Familiar with Payments Regulations and ability to understand the ongoing changes Knowledge of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) module will be considered as an advantage
- Familiar and knowledge on regulatory reporting relevant to Payments
**Your profile**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related field
- Previous experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Must possess strong business acumen customer centric approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact on a technical and non-technical level
- Motivated and proactive
- Good in Time-Management, Critical Thinking and multi-tasking
- Fluent in English language, both verbal and in written
