**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Expertise in ICT security and specifically in the vulnerability assessment and vulnerability management domain, including:

- Vulnerability assessment and penetration test tools for on premises and Cloud architectures;
- Vulnerability management and reporting systems including process automation;
- Vulnerability notification systems;
- Cloud-based architectures (e.g. MS Azure, AWS);
- Writing reports and analyses documents;
- Operating systems security (Linux, MS Windows);
- Certifications/trainings in cybersecurity;
- Self-learning capacity to keep up with the latest cybersecurity trends and techniques;
- Flexibility in the working hours - being available for managing unplanned events and work under pressure, occasionally outside the normal working hours in case of severe security incidents.

**Duties/role**:

- Contributing to analysis of risks according to state-of-the-art methodologies and practices;
- Proposing and reviewing architectures for security systems;
- Assessing security settings on various kinds of ICT components;
- Following up on ICT security activities in the projects, providing support to Project Managers;
- Conducting security testing/assessment throughout the projects;
- Identifying non-compliances with the Security Policy and Security Standards;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the techniques and methods used to evaluate the security of information systems;
- Providing support for remediating security vulnerabilities or issues;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of security controls and recommending improvements;
- Assessing security aspects of products and solutions;
- Providing recommendations for security hardening;
- Providing technical support to the security assurance;
- Performing regular vulnerability scans using automatic or manual scanners;
- Performing technical compliance checks against reference configurations (MS Windows, Linux/Unix);
- Developing system software (e.g. scripts for automated configuration, system analysis, alerting) and maintaining security systems/servers;
- Performing technological watch including on alerts for the newly discovered vulnerabilities;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of security trends, threats, and mitigation strategies;
- Drafting documentation and reports on:

- Detected vulnerabilities;
- Indicators of the vulnerability management process;
- Daily review of alerts, notable events, incidents, etc.;
- Follow-up of the detected vulnerabilities;
- Reporting relevant events to the Management.
