Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a

**Risk Analyst (M/F/D)**:
**Your responsibilities**
- Support Risk Management in the assessment of the risk profile of the AIFs and the definition of risk limits;
- Analyse the data and draw conclusions preparing risk reporting for the AIFs’ management or Boards;
- Consolidate the information and contribute to preparation of regular AIFM risk reports;
- Support the team in performing the risk management and investment compliance monitoring processes communicating internally and with the service providers;
- Interact with the AIFM portfolio management function - for risks linked to investments - and with other departments (e.g. valuation, outsourcing monitoring, IT, legal, administration, etc.) for operational risks;
- Participate in the investment process (analysis of documentation, participation in the Investment Committees);
- Contribute to the regulatory reporting to the authorities;
- Support the team in the implementation of the database/data management tool, ensuring smooth migration of historical data.

Your **profile**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration/Economics/IT;
- Basic knowledge of European and Luxembourgish law and regulations with a focus on AIFs and AIFMs/Management Companies;
- Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise;
- Aptitude, curiosity and analytical approach;
- Ability to see the relationships within large datasets;
- Ability to work autonomously delivering reliable output;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; German or French would be an asset;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and advanced understanding of IT infrastructure; working knowledge of Visual Basic would be considered an asset;
- Preferably 2-3 years (Junior: Preferably 1-2 years) of experience with Luxembourg AIFs investing in real estate/private equity/debt/infrastructure.
