Our customer, a passionate leading financial services firm in Luxembourg, is seeking a Group Head of Tax Client Services. With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, our client plays a vital role in the private equity and investment funds sector.

**Job description**
Your mission is to:

- Lead and manage Tax Client Services team for exceptional service;
- Collaborate with stakeholders for new services and tech solutions;
- Monitor industry trends for opportunities and threats;
- Coordinate with Business Development and Marketing teams for industry leadership;
- Drive projects and organizational change;
- Manage client satisfaction and selling opportunities;
- Provide global and local tax trend insights to Executive Committee;
- Contribute to Group-wide strategic initiatives.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, an MBA or similar, and qualifications in Chartered Accountancy/Tax;
- Possess extensive financial services and global tax knowledge, fostering strong relationships;
- Deliver exceptional client service at scale with strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Maintain a positive outlook while navigating challenges and leading globally.
