**Job Type(s)**:CDI/Permanent**Location(s)**:Lusembourg - Bertrange**Company Name**:infeurope S.A.infeurope S.A. is looking for a **Project Management Assistent (Administrative Support) **(f/m/d) to join one of our major project management teams based in Luxembourg.
**The Position entails**:
- Supporting the Project Manager in various projects;
- Being responsible for administrative, logistic, and secretarial tasks concerning deliverables of projects;
- Being responsible for the proper submission of deliverables by set deadlines;
- Effectively liaising and coordinating between various project teams;
- Utilising excellent writing skills;
- Being ready and willing to travel to international locations if necessary
**Your Profile should include**:
- A minimum of a university Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in an inter-disciplinary domain of the above-mentioned fields will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in providing administrative and logistic support will be considered a strong advantage.
- Having strong communication skills and a proactive attitude - proven experience will be an advantage.
- Being able to work efficiently either independently or in a team - proven experience will be an advantage.
- Experience using online video-conferencing tools (Webex, MS-Teams).
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, respectively MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A minimum of C1 English level.
- Knowledge of French and/or German will be an advantage.
