**Key Responsibilities**

1.Design, implement, and maintain the overall Compliance & AML/CTF framework, ensuring full alignment with EMD2, AMLD5/6, CSSF regulations, and internal governance requirements.

2.Monitor regulatory compliance across all Electronic Money Institution activities, including client disclosures, conduct obligations, conflicts of interest, onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ongoing due diligence.

3.Act as the MLRO, overseeing all AML/CTF processes, including suspicious activity detection, escalation, internal investigations, and reporting STRs/SARs to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

4.Prepare and submit periodic Compliance and AML reports to senior management, the Board, the CEO, and the CSSF, including risk assessments, breaches, remedial actions, and training statistics.

5.Review new or material changes to products, services, business lines, and technologies, ensuring compliance, AML/CTF, and market-conduct risks are properly assessed and mitigated.

6.Conduct enterprise-wide compliance and AML/CTF risk assessments, oversee remediation, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions across the business.

7.Provide ongoing compliance and AML/CTF training to staff, ensuring awareness of regulatory obligations, internal policies, red flags, and reporting procedures.

8.Oversee client-facing compliance areas, including complaints handling, marketing and communications review, high-risk customer approvals, and enhanced due diligence for sensitive cases.

**Qualifications & Experience**

1.Strong knowledge of Luxembourg payment services and electronic money regulations and AML/CFT legal framework

2.5+ years experience in a compliance and/or MLRO role within payment institutions, electronic money institutions, or financial institutions

3.Good understanding of risk management, internal controls, and governance

4.Ability to interact effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders

5.Fluent in English (verbal & written, mandatory), Mandarin Chinese proficiency(verbal & written) is a strong plus (preferred for effective collaboration with China-based e-commerce business teams)
