Aufgaben
- Developing and implementing the corporate strategy at the side in Luxembourg
- Creating and managing the day-to-day strategic business to ensure and profitability and monitoring the financial performance of the company at the side
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors, business partners and other stakeholders to foster growth and collaboration opportunities
- Securing financing and fundraising in the VC/PE environment
- Recruiting and leading a team of experienced managers, providing guidance and support to achieve company goal
- Overseeing the Business Development department and manage collaboration agreements, leveraging previous experience in working with (large) companies
- Attending and performing at trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry events to promote the company and explore new business opportunities
- Be an integral part of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision-making processes
Profil
- Master's degree or MBA with above-average grades in the field of economics, Industrial engineering, or similar technically oriented studies.
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience in the life science industry.
- Has led successful team(s) at director level and demonstrated leadership experience leading successful team(s)
- Proven track record in commercializing new products
- References from previous experience of managing companies in the life science environment
- Deep understanding and access to the life science market, along with strong industry-specific knowledge
- Track record in lobbying and strategy orientation including implementation
- Office managed with a size of 10 people +
- Willingness to live within 200 km of the location in Luxembourg. This includes France and Germany.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral) in English and German
