Your team

As a Programme Management Office (PMO) Intern for the Finance Transformation initiative based on S/4 HANA implementation, you will play a vital role in assisting the PMO team in various activities essential for the successful execution of the project. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the organization's strategic financial transformation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Assist in maintaining and updating project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs.
- Help track the progress of various project activities, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with the finance and project teams to collect and analyze financial data related to the transformation project.
- Work closely with the PMO team to ensure adherence to project management standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and tracking project risks, and support in developing mitigation plans.
- Participate in change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new processes and systems.
- Support maintaining project-related data and documentation in various project management tools and systems.
- Collaborate with different teams involved in the Finance Transformation, including IT, finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and the overall efficiency of the Finance Transformation initiative.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in finance, project management, and technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge or familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP systems is a plus.
