**Responsibilities**:
The Private Equity Senior Expert will directly report to the Head of Alternatives and Innovative Solutions. It is important to maintain tight links with internal clients (Retail Banking, WM, CIB) and related transversal teams (Discretionary portfolio management, Advisory, ManCo, Operational marketing ).

She/He has a broad overview of the investment offering of the Bank as well as of the industry

**Alternatives and Innovative Solutions** is a team, within Internat.Coord & Alternative Solutions, in charge of all the structuring, engineering, sales, marketing and management activity BIL Private Assets Solutions (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt ) Estate products. The team is part of the Strategy & Financial Markets department, it has the following duties to:

- Strengthen and sharpen BIL Private Assets Solutions offering in line with the strategy of the Bank and therefore to contribute to the differentiation of BIL
- Conduct industry research, perform due diligence, financial models, business cases and presentations for key stakeholders in the view of executing investment and capital raising opportunities
- Structure and manage the Private Assets Solutions in collaboration with support functions and fund servicing stakeholders
- Establish all marketing materials including pitch books, factsheet and investor days for BIL PE/RE as well as for BIL innovative/conviction investment ideas
- **Actively support front officers during client meetings, facilitate co-ordination between different distribution channels and conduct sales initiatives in the view of raising capital (e.g. conferences)**:

- Manage and track the performance and strategic direction of BIL Private Assets Solutions and innovative products

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Propose and structure high-end solutions in line with BIL clients’ needs
- Manage the product lifecycle and contribute to the overall development of BIL PE/RE offering
- Manage / Analyze / Challenge / Develop / Adapt BIL Private Assets products with regards to industry practices / trends / client needs / competition analysis / regulation / profitability
- Participate in international representation of the Internat.Coord & Alternative Solutions department
- **Assist and participate proactively in the fundraising efforts**

Must Have Requirements

**YOU HAVE**:

- Master’s degree from a top university (Finance, Business Administration, Mathematical Sciences)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships.
- Strong client
- and results-orientation and proven negotiation and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of investment products, most particularly Private Equity and Real Estate solutions
- Structured thinking and strong analytical skills/mindset
- Genuine passion for providing clients with first-class financial services
- Ability to work within a team but be pro-active and with strong self-motivation
- Ability to embrace BIL’s way of working: collaborate, care and create
- Excellent command of English, French is a must
- Excellent use of PowerPoint

**YOU ARE**:

- Professional with good product knowledge in the wealth management, corporate/institutional banking with an emphasis in Private Equity and Real Estate solutions. Good communicator, at ease with handling different groups of stakeholders
