**We are seeking an DPP Audit Manager**

Our Audit Technical Department (Department of Professional Practice or DPP) is offering you new challenges. Seize the opportunity to increase your skills, grow and develop yourself.

**What you will be working on**:

- Leverage on your knowledge and experience to participate in / lead discussions and provide insight to engagement teams on methodology, ESG and audit quality matters;
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of ESG topic including an understanding of the law, assurance engagements and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRSs).
- Leverage on your knowledge and experience to interpret the requirements of the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), International Standards on Assurance Engagements (ISAEs), audit methodology and audit enabling tools, including AI in the audit and other data driven software audit tools;
- Contribute to the implementation of new or update of existing audit guidance and tools, enhancing the compliance with the auditing standards and/or targeting emerging auditing areas of focus based on Global and local audit quality results;
- Always be at the forefront of the latest developments in the audit profession by having access to exclusive upskilling trainings, presentations and guidance resources and by contributing to the analysis of relevant legal and professional documents;
- Contribute to building the skills and capabilities of KPMG Luxembourg audit professionals by promoting continuous learning and coaching across the audit function;
- Prepare materials for and facilitate on DPP audit technical trainings and presentations delivered to audit professionals;
- Work closely with audit managers and partners across all industry groups to contribute to their work and promote audit quality;
- Be connected to other functions (tax, advisory and central services);
- Learn from experience and benefit from an accelerated learning curve;
- Be visible in the cross-functional engagement leaders’ group;
- Enhance your audit experience with in-depth technical knowledge and advance your soft skills;
- Always be at the forefront of the latest professional developments;
- Be ready to embrace audit quality and the future challenges audit professionals face.

**What we look for**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in external audit;
- You have sound knowledge of the ISAs, ISAEs audit and assurance methodology and audit enabling tools (AI & other data driven tools in the audit), Audit Law and EU audit regulations, including recent developments;
- You have strong coaching, facilitation and organizational skills;
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as a strong advantage;
- You hold a professional qualification or are in a process of obtaining professional qualification(s) (IRE, ACCA, ICAS, Wirtschaftsprüfer, etc.).
