**Your role**

Are you keen on keeping an eye out and avoid risk? Are you willing to learn about assessing processes and making improvements?

We’re looking for an intern to join our Operational Risk & Oversight team and being keen to learn and support the following activities:

- Conduct risk review meetings with different stakeholders within the Operating Head / COO area, amongst which the Client Support Organization (Front support and Operational services performed out of Luxembourg and Poland), IT, Group Corporate Services, Change Management
- Identify & evaluate risks, propose mitigation actions
- Understand and review existing KPIs and risk metrics and propose new ones
- Participate into risk related projects or initiatives to improve operations and control framework
- Provide structured and transparent risk reporting to management
- Understand risk issues and escalations

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the Oversight & Risk team which focuses on Operating Head / COO activities in Luxembourg. Our team is composed of a great variety of skills and personalities and is mandated to cope with a large variety of tasks.

Your expertise:

- Degree in finance, business administration or risk management
- Keen on risk management topics and more particularly operational risk
- Understanding of the financial industry and of banking operational services
- Clear communication skills with great interpersonal skills
- Analytic thinker with the ability to provide practical solutions
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Fluent in English; French, German or Polish would be considered as additional asset
