**Job Description**:
You have not only good understanding, maintaining and follow-up of payment setup/authorization statuses but also have the ability to spot payment setup errors before initiating the payment authorization process.

You are someone who has the ability to liaise in a efficient manner with financial institutions and fulfill the department administrative work, and complete administrative duties to assist operation and management of the department when required.

Every day brings variety and new challenges so you’ll need to be a team player at heart, with an eye for detail, great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day and support your colleagues.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure you keep up to date with our risk processes and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Finance or Accounting
- A good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Understanding of the entities administered
- English must be fluent; French/German are considered as an asset
