You are by nature curious; you like to share experiences and learnings with others. You have experience and you wish to learn about managing change, process and data management. **What you will be working on** As a Transformation Analyst, you will act as an Influencer whose goal is to support transformational activities in close collaboration with our Tax, Audit or Advisory experts. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds to - Understand root causes of the issues - Support Subject Matter Experts to identify appropriate solutions and help draw up an action plan with proposed timing, benefits - Support the Lead in the execution of the action plan - Gathering data to Report on progress, success stories, issues, on a periodic basis - You will learn, be Coached with a view to be able to coach our colleagues on the Continuous Improvement topics either through attendance, supporting delivery of Trainings or support our One to One coaching sessions You will have an opportunity gain new experiences and also allow us to enrich our experience pool by having an inquisitive mindset so that we can deliver on our Vision/Mission of "Be the Clear choice for our People, our Clients and our Partners". **What we look for** - You hold a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, economics or similar - You have 3 to 5 years in transformation or Continous Improvement Projects - You are amiliar with Lean SixSigma - You are Familiar with Change Management - You are familiar with Project Management methodology (Agile, Prince2 or others) - You are skilled in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others) - You are curios - You are transparent and open minded - You are eager to learn and experience new things - You are customer focused - You are persistent and continuously on the lookout for improvements - You can listen and provide constructive feedback - You like to help solve problems in simple and pragmatic ways - You are proactive and result oriented - You are able to work independently and take initiative but also know when to ask for help - You like to share, test, and learn. - You are Fluent in English (French and German are a plus) **What will you get** We offer more than jobs.
