For our securities services activities, we are currently looking to recruit a:
**Supervisor**
**Dealing & Cash - Transfer Agency**
**Role and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager GDTA Operations, the main tasks of the role holder are and not limited to:
- Processing/verification of daily work on a timely basis in accordance with the relevant Prospectus/ Reporting Timeline/ and/or Service Level Agreement and all internal procedures.
- Assist with new business take-on and special projects as directed by Assistant Manager or Line Manager.
- Processing/verification of Investor redemption/Dividend cash payment.
- Processing/verification of foreign exchange transactions.
- Provide adequate training to more junior members of the team where required and monitor effective completion of daily tasks.
- Provide assistance to offshore operational Dealing & Cash teams.
- Communication with external parties, ie. Fund Managers, Management Companies, Banks, etc in accordance with Bank policy and regulations.
**Professional Skills and Experience;**
- University degree
- At least 2 years working experience in a business environment and at least 1 year in a similar position.
- Understanding of Luxembourg UCITS requirements as they relate to Transfer Agency.
- Ability to read and understand a Fund prospectus
- Good communication skills with Clients of all levels - over the telephone and in writing.
- Ability to work within time constraints.
- Confidence in taking decisions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to juggle work and prioritize in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Able to work independently as a member of a Team
- Good experience of Microsoft Office software
- Perfect command of English, both in spoken and written, together with excellent communication skills are required for the role. Working knowledge of at least one further European language would be a definite advantage, preferably French or German.
