The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Head of Infrastructure & Supervision**:
In charge of infrastructure and service delivery, he defines and implements the organisation and deployment strategy for the services delivered by the IT department.

**Tasks/missions**:

- Organising and supervising the entire production & infrastructure in order to optimise the performance of the information system.
- Participate in the development of the master plan under the supervision of the CIO.
- Coordinates the analysis, choice, implementation and monitoring of deployment schedules for new software and/or hardware solutions to meet the development of the company's activities.
- Manage subcontracting and outsourcing contracts and monitor the software purchases necessary for the activity.
- The activity involves internal collaboration with solution/project delivery and internal user services, general management (technical and strategic advice), but also with customers and suppliers.
- Its mission is to guarantee the coherence of the information system infrastructure and the quality of the service provided to users with a view to productivity, cost control and meeting deadlines.
- Budget management in close collaboration with the Finance team.
- Coordinates and participates in technology watch and implements changes in architecture in line with the company's strategy.
- He organises and supervises the monitoring of IT-driven processes, the continuity of IT services and user support in the event of problems.

- Fluency in French is required and a good level in English.
