**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'infrastructure alignée sur les objectifs IT et Banque
- Organiser et structurer les équipes ainsi que les activités (BAU, RUN, PROJETS) pour une optimisation continue de l’efficience de l’infrastructure, au niveau technologique et humain
- Diriger la planification, la coordination et la mise en œuvre de projets d'infrastructure, en garantissant le respect des délais et des budgets. Mettre à jour la roadmap/le portefeuille run et projets
- Encadrer, former et développer le service et les ressources infrastructure, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et en développant les compétences nécessaires
- Gérer efficacement les ressources matérielles et logicielles pour optimiser les coûts tout en maintenant des niveaux de performance élevés
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la supervision quotidienne de l'infrastructure informatique, en garantissant la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires externes pour garantir la qualité des services, négocier les contrats et assurer la conformité des accords de niveau de service (SLA) et de la conformité réglementaire
- Suivre les tendances technologiques et évaluer de nouvelles solutions pour garantir que l'infrastructure reste à la pointe de la technologie et réponde aux besoins évolutifs de l'entreprise
- Élaborer et enrichir régulièrement le Plan de Reprise d'Activité (DRP) pour assurer la continuité des opérations en cas de catastrophe ou d'incident majeur, y compris le plan capacitaire des actifs de l’infrastructure
- Gérer le cycle de vie et les impératifs des actifs de l’infrastructure afin d’assurer la conformité fournisseur, réglementaire et la gestion des risques inhérente à l’infrastructure

**Profil souhaité**:

- De niveau Bac +5 en informatique et une expérience professionnelle de 10 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe (+ de 15 personnes) : vision stratégique, animation et gestion d’équipe, communication, gestion budgétaire, capacité de décision, gestion du changement, gestion des conflits, capacité à prendre des initiatives
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l’infrastructure (hardware, network et middleware), dans la mise en œuvre de solutions et d'outils techniques matériels et logiciels et dans la gestion de projets
- Expérience confirmée avec au moins une méthodologie de gestion de projet, telle que : Agile, PMI PMBOK ou Prince II
- Bonne expérience pratique d'outils PPM
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais. Le luxembourgeois étant considéré comme un atout
