**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- To take responsibility for the company's life insurance companies' compliance arrangements and ensure that these compliance arrangements are at all times effective and meet regulatory requirements;
- To act as the key compliance officer in the sense of Article 77 of the Insurance Industry Act;
- Ensure the effectiveness of the LB/FT system, both at the time of entering into a relationship with clients and during the life and end of the relationship. This includes the validation of certain medium-risk files, the presentation of high-risk files to the Acceptance Committee and, if necessary, the reporting of suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Public Prosecutor's Office;
- Advising the approved managers on compliance matters;
- Ensure internal and external compliance reporting;
- Draft the annual compliance review plan;
- Establish and update policies and procedures relating to compliance issues;
- Organize internal training sessions on compliance matters;
- Participate actively in the Group Compliance Coordination Committee;
- You will report to the authorized managers of the company's life insurance companies;
- You will report to the Compliance Officer of the company's life insurance companies; The Compliance Officer of the companies' compliance function will report to you.

**Profile**

You meet the following criteria:

- Criteria required by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner's circular letter 21/12 on the key compliance function, including:

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of life insurance compliance AND you have a compet degree of at least 4 years of higher education in law or economics

OR
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of life insurance compliance;
- You are organized and autonomous and have excellent writing skills,
- You have proven interpersonal and managerial skills;
- You are fluent in French and English; fluency in German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
