**Senior Corporate Officer - in house role.**
**About the role**
Prestigious Investment Company is looking to expand their Corporate and Legal Team. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Officer who will work closely with young and international team of enthusiastic and dynamic lawyers and officers and will report directly to the Head of Corporate and Corporate Managers. You will be joining a fantastic and fast-paced global company that values commitment and rewards performance. Hybrid work model (home/office) available.
**Key responsibilities**
- Directly supervise the day-to-day work of one or more Corporate Officer / Legal Assistant.
- Organize quarterly board meetings for the portfolio companies, ensuring an appropriate coverage of all topics to be discussed.
- Interact (or liaise directly) with notaries, external counsels, other advisors, and internal teams.
- Depending on complexity, review or draft directly minutes of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings.
**Your Profile**
We want to hear from if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar environment in Luxembourg also:
- Experience in unregulated entities at SPV level, Real Estate or Private Equity.
- Have knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law.
- You have fluent spoken and written English.
